With my latest endeavours in milling Aluminium, It came to my attention that having a more active Chip Evacuation System would indeed be beneficial but immediately going for a Compressor seemed kinda meh at the time… So, here’s my take on one of those Ultra Low Budget ER11 Collet Nut Chip Evacuation Fans running at 24’000rpm:
