Hey all,
I’ve has the X-Carve since early 2020. For the last month I’ve been receiving this issue saying that my X-Controller can’t be recognized by my laptop. I’ve updated my Easel and CDM drivers but haven’t had any luck getting anything other than this error. I’ve also tried the basics; different usb port, updating drivers, updating windows, restarting computer, and using the mini usb inside of the controller. Does anyone have any advice to resolve this?
Edit: So, there was an update to the FTDI CDM driver in May 2021. I’ve attempted to download this but it seems to not be downloading properly. I currently have it downloaded to my computer but don’t understand what the issue is. Is it not allowing the X-Controller to communicate or has it not attached properly?
