Thanks for the bug report. This problem should now be resolved if you want to give your project another try. Please let me know if you continue to have issues.
As an aside, I want to mention that this style of project may be better suited to 2.5D carving in Easel. There aren’t any 3D elements in your model, just traditional cutouts and holes. If you have access to the original design/modeling software and can export as SVG or DXF you may want to try importing that instead. If not, and you only have the STL file, then doing an 3D carve also work, but the toolpaths generated may not be as optimal.
