Eshapeoko starts going of course and plunging through material (Solved)

Hello

my ehspaeoko gets a couple of minutes into its cut then it starts cutting in the wrong place and plunging into the material its done it to me in mdf and plexiglass its like it losses track of what its doing as when i stop the carve and it returns home it crashes into the side ?

any ideas I’m using easel

Sorry for the late reply i noticed while playing with it the other night that my right y belt was a bit lose i have tightened it up and it seems to be ok

ill see what happens
