Continuing the discussion from Firmware Updates:
Its been stuck in update mode for almost an hour now
I let mine stay just like that for over 24 hours. Nothing. Called support and they advised it was OK to power off PC and X-Controller. I’ll try again some other day.

Were you able to update the firmware? If not, could you please try using 0.3.14 version of Easel Driver available at https://easel.inventables.com/downloads and try again?
