The first thing that I noticed is the steps or ridges in the wood, this issue is caused from a tilt in the z-axis. I would recommend that you tram the z axis. The next thing I noticed is a possible calibration issue, I recommend a calibration check. Lastly you need to tighten up the step over/ If you are using a v bit then set the step over to 2% or less if you are using a 1/8" bit then your step over can be between 2 to 4. I recommend running at 20 to 30 IPM/
