Is there a way to change the spacing between each letter?
Set them individually is the only way I know how to do it
Hit Space one or two times inbetween each letter as a different option.
Easel do not support kerning

I should have asked can you adjust the space between sentences?
Not within easel, but you can if you make the text in inkscape and then bring each design in as an svg… 
Thats how I used this minecraft font
