“Hello. I would like to know how to resume carving after a bit breaks and is replaced without having to start all over again.”
This is not easy to do. I did it once by editing the G-Code. I removed the G-Code that had completed and left the G-Code that carved the remaining paths. I then re-homed and restarted the job and it carved the rest of the job.
I was able to do this because my job was simple line carving and I could see in the preview whether I had edited the G-Code correctly.
If your design is in Easel, it might be possible to create a new design based upon your original, but missing the parts that have already been carved.
In the worst case, you can just re-run the original job and wait for it to re-carve the areas that have already been done.
