Fusion 360 free?

everyone keeps talking about fusion being free for the hobbyist.
when I go the their web site its either $40 a month or $300 per year.

Yes, I know.
but what’s really weird is when I go the web site on my work computer, it shows a screen that explains how to sign up as a hobbyist.
so now I’m at home on my laptop and it simply will not go there.
I get screen after screen of costs.
Do you by chance have a link?
