How do you think it came to be known as that in the first place? Some guys have lost more than arms, hands and fingers. 
On a more serious note. Have you had success cutting one of these? I just saw a video on facebook of someone turning a saw blade into a throwing axe. I wanted to make one. Then I saw this, the karambit knife. I’d love to give one a try. Any pictures of recent ones you’ve made?
I guess I won’t be posting any pictures in my speedo anytime soon…
