Inventables sells the2 color HDPE in there store, as far as gluing some up you’ll have a hard time because not much sticks to HDPE

I just did my first HPDE carve well twice n both look bad…

What bit did you use. First I used up upcut 2 flute , then a single flute straight n that wasn’t much better.

I was at 100 in/min Feed, 12 in/ min plunge , and .065 depth per pass.

I used a Freud 1/16" (Dia.) Double Flute Straight Bit with 1/4" Shank
Feed 90 ipm
plunge 7
depth per pass .05

I went easy on the settings but it turned out nice

I am using the same bit on the DeWALT 611. What speed do you have set on the DeWALT?

I used a setting of 1
