Thanks for sharing that is a very good article.
However it does not mention static charges that I believe are quite possibly with dust collection.
The disconnects I was having only occurred when relay was activated or de-activated. Thus I had determined my issue was not from static.
I have replaced the IOT with a SSR as well as repairing an outlet connection and my problem is gone. KNOCK ON WOOD.
I believe the outlet connection I found was loose for the shop vac and somehow fed back thru the relays to the X controller.
The SSR should have no feed back as it has no switching contacts.
