Enabling limit through $21 caused the switch to work. Regardless of what direction or axis, when I depressed the switch it shut down all operation until cleared with a soft reset and $X confirm.
Are you saying Easel set up will change grbl settings ?
I went through some a couple times, but when reversed and axis direction it did not seem to change base grbl settings and had to be done again when reconnecting.
I’m supposing homing will have something to do with $22 and more into config h, which I’ll read into, but am most interested in the $21 limit function to start.
Thanks again for the help and info. If I were trying to find it again and had this thread to reference, I think it would clarify the info I needed to know.
