Halftone screen in inkscape

Anyone know how to produce a halftone screen in inkscape?

Yes. What do you mean by “screen”, though?
What are you starting with?

Edit: This was solved in PMs. For others looking to create halftone images in inkscape, the method I use is basically the same as in this video.
