I have a 0.157 inch offset on my straight carves toward the right side of the machine. I started some pms on the machine and decided to see how square the x axis was on the left and then on the right. I found the top of the beam on the right was way off and then noticed a twist.
I would loosen the bolts on one side and see if the “twist” could be eliminated. you know there is adjustment slots on each side that allow you to align it.
Thanks Kenneth I tore down the whole machine and squared the frame and was able to square the x axes beam. It is still off quite a bit and it is the stepper motor on the right that isn’t up to snuff.
