Help! Issue with Z axis binding

{SOLVED}
I took it the v wheels off the spindle mount and removed the washers as spacers I tried adding during troubleshooting. re installed the ACME bolt but this time I gently used a pair of vise grips to hold the rod. the tightened the locknut to the belt gear thing till it was snug to the bearing. then tightened the belt sprocket thing with the Allen wrench. I also made the v wheels more snug on the track.

So in conclusion, I think the ACME Bolt was too loose and the V wheels were not tight enough and causing it to get out of alignment.

Thanks for everybody for the help. I am most sure this will not be my last question.
