Halfway thru my sweep program the machine just stops. The progress bar was still in display.
Selected machine and there was no option to home even though the carve button was still green.
Also tonight I set up soft limits and then I could not get the machine to probe. It would go all the way to acknowledging contact but when clicking on probe it did nothing. I would have to repower and home again to continue. Only manual probing would work. Carved two small projects with no issue and now my sweep will not complete.
Did your computer go into sleep mode by chance?? I too had this issue a couple times, and when pc would go into power save mode, the carving stopped, and was not able to start again. Had to start over. So now I turn off the power save mode to prevent this from occurring during long carves.
My power save mode is disabled.
