Mine stopped working and bow also my z probe is giving me problems.
Well, after 3 years and 5 months, I finally replaced the Arduino with a genuine Arduino Uno R3 shipped from Italy. Installed Inventables GRBL 1.1f on it, and immediately the endstops started working.
So, mystery solved: Original Arduino was just bad.
