How can I remove background box on this svg?

Place a rectangle with an arbitrary depth on the canvas that is just smaller than the svg you have.

Move the new rectangle to the back and center it with the svg you have.

Set the depth of your svg to 0.

Select both shapes and combine.

Here it is as an SVG. Easy to do in Inkscape by just deleting the rectangle part of the vector.
