I cannot get to my projects because there is an error with braintree library? How do I fix this?
Have you tried restarting your browser and/or your computer? I am not seeing any project loading issues at the moment.
Just tried that…no change. I noticed that a couple of other people had this problem also but there is no response to show how to fix it.
Sometimes, there is an error on the back-end and where a project gets corrupted. Inventables might be able to recover the project(s) if you contact them.
I had an error with loading Braintree Library while using Chrome. There was a Chrome extension that I had installed for “DuckduckGo” that was preventing my browser from talking to the Easel Braintree Library. Disable, or uninstall any new security extensions in Chrome, and try that.
