How do I place a circle exactly in the middle of my stock

Hello All,
I am wanting to layout a 5.5 dia circle directly in the middle of a 7.25x7.25 piece of stock in Easel. I am using this to cutout a bowl I have made in Fusion 360 since I can’t figure out how to cut it out in Fusion 360. Am I missing something ? Is there an easier way to layout precisely in Easel? I was hoping for something like snap points like you would find in Fusion 360.
