How do I program vertical lettering?

I am trying to make a flamingo sign, but can not figure out how to put the letters vertically instead of horizontal. Do I have to enter each letter individually, or is there a way I can turn in vertical in the edit tab?

You will need to add each letter individually.

Thank you, I was afraid of that, but hoping there would be an easier way.

After you type out the word you need to use the Exploder App to break the letters apart, then select all the letters and center them.
