How do you change the size of a circle with out changing the location?

I am trying to make a cribbige board but I got the circle size wrong. My question is how do you change the size of the circle with out changeing the location. When you change the height and width all of the circles move either toi the left or down. I really do not want to manually change it. Have any steps?

Hold down the Alt-key(or shift, can’t remember and don’t have easel open), then click and drag one of the corners.

Select your shape. Select shape tab, for position click on the center of the five dots.
go down to size and lock aspect ratio. Then revise the size by entering the value you want in either x or y field and hit enter. The circle will stay centered when size changes.
