How to reload pre-loaded Grbl firmware to X-Carve Arduino

I just finished assembling my x-carve and made the mistake of flashing the ‘Blink’ example to the arduino. I’m new to arduino and was hoping to get some instructions on flashing the correct Grbl back to the machine.

Start here:

I found I had to open the zip file and copy out the grbl folder to my Documents\Arduino\libraries folder, then the rest of the instructions worked.

It would make life so much more simple if inventables supplied a a x-carve software hex file (firmware) . As there can be many reasons to replace a arduino uno.
