How to select a material that is not listed on easel

Hello, I am new to the easel. I am trying to make a simple sign with my name on it out of pine but none of the options for materials include pine. Does this mean that the x-carve can not handle it, or do I have to pick a material that is similar to it? If so what material? Any help is much appreciated.

Just pick something similar. I usually use birch plywood. It works just fine. It not that critical when using pine
