Ive created a simple petunia pic for a inlay in inkscape. I save it as a svg file and then try to import it as a svg to easel and guess what, the little wheel on easel just spins and spins forever with no pic popping in. Can somebody tell me why or just give me a simple petunia svg pic to do the inlay with. Im trying to learn inlay techniques
Can you post it. Easel doesn’t like gradients in svg’s, so that might be the issue
Did you import the petunia image from a jpg or png? You’d have to convert it to bitmap first, if so. Also if there are any jpg/png/text in the file, it won’t import. Just some thoughts.
Also make sure to save your file as “optimized svg”.
