I’ve got a lathe set up in my workshop using Linux-CNC, C10 BOB, and 2 KL-4030 drivers powering NEMA23 motors. It connects to the PC via the parallel port.
I’m thinking I’d like to just use the same setup for the X-Carve. All I need to get it going would be a 3rd stepper driver. Is there any chance one of you has an extra they’d like to sell? Another KL-4030 would be nice, but anything similar that would work with my breakout board would do too.
