Robert, I think I located the issue in the Aspire model. Did you have to reinforce your Z axis? It seems very loose now that I’ve run it twice, but of course I’m still figure things out, so I’m sure I was probably pushing it too hard. But I noticed today that there was considerable room for movement on the Z axis, like something had come loose. I’ll need to address this before I can hope to get accurate cuts.
