Image Trace 'App not available'

Is anyone else having an issue with the Image Trace app? I am getting an error message application not available when I hit the upload image button.

Yes I’m having the same problem it was working just fine then not working saying application not available so what’s up

I have tried the app myself and can confirm there seems to be an outage at this time.

I am having issues also - seems to have quit working today after 4:00pm EST

same thing here. figured it might have been user error. glad its not just me hahaha

We are seeing elevated counts of errors with Image Trace app. This is due to one of our 3rd party providers having an outage. We are monitoring the situation and working towards resolving the problems.
