Import xcarve

Hi,I’m just wondering how to import pictures from google,pinterest or anywebsite into Easel???

You can go to Import > Image Trace, and Easel will attempt to trace it for you.

Personally I have better success performing the trace in Inkscape, saving as an *.svg or *.dxf, then importing either of those formats into Easel.

Thanks for your help…do you know if Gray scale pictures work on the Xcarve?

Yes they will, even color pictures will work. There’s a threshold slider that you can adjust, and it will trace different parts of the picture.
