I am trying to figure out how I can import external 3D files into easel that were created in SolidWorks. If there is no way of doing that, is there any way of carving SolidWorks (or any sort of 3D format) files through a different interface?
The short answer is: Easel won’t do that. Basically if you need “3D” carving you’ll need a more powerful program like Vectric (http://www.vectric.com/) or artcam (http://www.artcam.com/).
