I am having problems importing an svg into my project. When I have done it prior I had no problem. Now when I uploaded the svgs I want it does to appear in my project at all.
How did you create the SVG? Is it a vector or an image embedded in an SVG file?

How big is the SVG image? I have experienced this myself, and it turned out that the imported SVG was significantly larger than my workspace, and I wasn’t seeing anything because the preview window was looking at the bottom corner of the image. If you press Ctrl-A to select all, do you see a bounding box? If nothing has been imported, you will not get a bounding box. Nothing will happen. If you have something there, you will also get the Shape and Cut window. Select Shape, and look at size and reduce those numbers to something closer to your workspace. Use the lock button beside the numbers to lock the ratio so that it will keep proper perspective while resizing.
