Inside radius on corner

Does anybody out there know how to make an inside radius on the corners of a rectangle?

Square or Rectangle with"Internal Radius" Corners

Distance from corner along that axis that the curve becomes tangent to the edge. Same in inkscape and other programs. You should be able to change them independently. @RobertNichols [Easel_corners]
