Inventables customer service

Hoping to have my 1000mm put together by this weekend, but I ran in to a slight issue while working through everything before starting to assemble. One of the rails had a dent in it where the wheels roll over. Emailed them to ask about it and sent pictures. I had a new rail within 2 or 3 days. So far I can say customer service has been excellent. I’m also impressed with how the supplies arrived. All items, including bolts, nuts, screws, and washers were well labeled and individually packaged, which makes assembly quite a bit easier than I was expecting. I can’t wait to get this finished so I can start playing around with some things I have planned.
