i installed easel on my computer, ran as admin, but doesn’t even appear on my computer after install, why?
Michael, unless you are using a version of Linux, which I’m going to guess your not, what you installed was a driver not software. Easel is Web based so there is no software to install, you just browse to the website, login and load/create your design/toolpaths the driver you did install interfaces with the x-carve via USB allowing you to use the “Carve” button in the top right of the screen.

what about tracing pics in easel. it seems that lettering and some shapes like stars get warped. is there anyway to get a good trace without warping the pics?
i used the dials but it will not give a true trace. Not sure if im using a pic jpeg that is warping it self or if its easel
