In trying to carve an Astros flag 19.75"×8.75". The cut time is 7 hours. In very new to this and this just doesn’t seem right. I could be wrong can someone help me with this.
What size is you bit and cut settings? Small bits on large cuts take a long time, I usually opt for a 2 stage carve to reduce times as much as possible.
The stars and the H in the logo look very dark so you may be cutting too deep … meaning many, many passes for each star which will take a long while.
Getting your cut depth and depth of cut aligned so it can be done with each area in 2 to 4 passes versus 9 to 12 is one good way to shave time.
