Is this option available when importing g-code too?
Or is it only possible for models created on Easel?

No.

For importing Gcode you would need to manage the bit change in the other program. You would split the project into two files.

To generate the Gcode the other program would ask for the bit and speeds and feeds. Export the first tool path as one file and the second tool path as the second file.
