Is this the best way to do this?

I took this image and made a few different layers for the different heights id want to carve and imported them all into easel. Is there a better way?

I will try first with this web site they have a good vector for arts.

This is how I might carve it or the inverse. The issue was having different layer heights i wanted. I treated it like silk screening.
