I can only carve the the test carve after setting up the machine.! Help please… I new to xcarve but will like to be able to carve more then the test… I tried text and symbols and even imported a SVG file and it just starts but only make small dots in random places on the work piece …THANK you in advance!!!
It carves the test inventable logo ,just fine though
Sounds like you have not changed your bit diameter (Easel defaults to 1/8")
Easel will skip those parts more narrow that specified bit diameter as one can obviously not carve a 1/16" slot with a 1/8" bit 
I will give that a try… I think I did yesterday… but will verify that. Thank you @HaldorLonningdal and @BobJewell
