so my x carve just stops at times mid carve spindle stays running it just stops moving and the done screen pops up i have to hit the off button to get the spindle to stop. … I have no dust system system hooked up…it does this at random may carve 10 hours on one job then 3 min in stop on the next carve. may work perfect for a week then it stops. any idea what can be causing this?
If this is a windows computer, the first thing I recommend is to turn off USB Selective Suspend.
Honestly, the problem could be from any number of issues, but this is a rather common fix that seems to work fairly often and is quick to perform,.
