Recently bought a laptop running windows 10 home. Didn’t think much of the connection between the computer and x controller being there’s an adaptor for usb-c to usb-a. My machine connects and disconnects a few times and stops. The easel driver won’t install which leads me to believe it’s because the easel software doesn’t support the ARM (snapdragon) processor. Any thoughts and help appreciated, because this laptop is about to be returned.
