LED Light Ring for X-Carve

Hello Fellow X-Carvers,

I know that this has been touched on in the past but I can’t seem to find any clear information on how it is being done.

I purchased these LED light rings to attach to the spindle but cannot find any detailed information on how to wire it up. It would be awesome if it could be turned on/off manually and at the very least, turn on/off when the spindle is triggered through the IoT relay.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

You need a 12V power supply and connect that also to the IoT relay.
Once that turns on the 12V PSU gets power and LED ring turns on :slight_smile:
