Limit Switch wiring

I was wondering the size of wiring on the limit switches, is it 24awg? Also do you sell the wire in your store or do I need to go to another source to get it? I have looked around in the store and didnt see it!

Do you have to wire the limit switches yourself? I can’t see the wire gauge size mattering.

i just went through this. the wires are 22awg

if you can, try to find shielded 22/2 security wire. home depot sells it. its like $0.19 a foot so pretty cheap. i bought 40 feet as i wanted to extend my wires. being shielded it will help cut down on signal noise which can be a problem so i hear.
