I am using spindle with 12000 RPM. kindly check the tool path parameters and pic of the lithophane.
It is on 3mm cast acrylic sheet.

A 1/8" bit will only get so much detail. Looks pretty good for the size.
Could anyone suggest the milling bit size for this one?

When I cut lithophanes I use a tapered ball nose with a 0.5mm radius tip.

They are using MeshCam. And, I would agree about removing more material.
