Mach 4 Anyone?

I had it assembled. So when it arrived to me it was all complete. Unfortunately, the man who did this seems to have stopped making them.

This has the G540, G251, 48v 12.5 amp power supply, ethernet smoothstepper, relay for the router, plug for limit/homing switches, plug for 3 axis zeroing plate…and so on and so on :slight_smile:

I have since added a breakout board for the ethernet smoothstepper and the Pic-Convert board for the J-Tech Laser.

It looks really nice. It’s probably the route i’ll go as soon as I save up. I found some real nice heat sinks coated in ceramic last night. Will look for an G540 enclosure tonight.

I went with the UCCNC software instead of Mach3/4 and the UC400ETH controller instead of the ethernet smoothstepper. I’m very satisfied with the combination and with both coming in at about $215 it’s a good deal.
You can get them from either Automation Technology or CNC4PC.
