I had same problem with not working after hitting stop. I had to go back and set machine up in easel again then it worked fine. It’s worth a try
sorry for my disappearance, apparently i exceeded my allowable post. for yesterday. Still not working, checked every connection inside the x controller and the cable. I tried to readd the machine in easel but can only get so far and it says plug in usb and turn machine on.
when i turn on the machine it makes the sound on my computer that something is connected but the stepper motors never engage.
