Some sort of measurement tool would be nice. I know that I have, and I believe others have as well, had some issues with scaling after a dxf was imported into inkscape, then an svg into easel. Being able to double check measurements within easel would save headaches later. You know…“Measure twice cut onc”
You can spoof this right now, somewhat.
Draw a square shape and size it so two opposite edges touch your points of interest. In the “Shape” tab for the square it provides the dimension of the square. It only works for lengths parallel to the axes, but it’s something simple to spot check an imported drawing.
