Has anyone ever cut Microsurfaced Impact Acrylic ?
If so recommendations on feeds and speeds?
Going to using an ‘O’ flute for this, unless someone has another idea.

Yes, only issue I had was feed rate and spindle speed. Too slow it got gooped up, too fast it melted and started to smoke.
Check the forum, there is a spreadsheet for speed calcs somewhere…

Keep RPM as low as possible (16k for the Dewalt) and increase feed rate…by a lot
