Mirrored Acrylic

Newbie here, anyone have any tips or tricks when cutting mirrored acrylic.

Slow spindle speed, cut depth no more than 1/2 the diameter of the bit, use a 2-flute upcut bit to get the chips out, 40-50 ipm on the feed rate and make sure you either blow the chips away or suck them up.
If you go even shallower on the cut, you should be able to increase your feed rate a few ipm (inches per minute).

Try a test cut first and see how it does…then tweak from there.

A single flute up-cut bit will work even better.
