I moved a project (navy crest) to my computer. Wanting to know how to modify the text. I want to remove the word retired. Slide the USN to the top center. Remove the name and add the word veteran.

I think i took care of him over on FB… but hes still working on it now… its this project he wants to change the text… i changed it for him for this particular project using inkscape, but wasnt totally clear on the exact step by step process within inkscape since the methods are covered in other videos showing off inkscape…
